Cordova Alaska, April 23rd 2022- The Cordova Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Cordova Highschool Student Council, along with other community partners are pleased to announce the 2022 Annual Cordova Clean-Up Day. This year’s clean up day will be back to an in-person one day event with the purpose of cleaning up our community spaces after a long winter.
Starting stations will be manned by Cordova’s Student Council in the highschool parking lot. Please report to these stations from 10AM-12 on April 23rd to collect your bags, gloves, and map.
Due to the City Refuse Depatment’s generosity, your bags may be directly dumped into any city dumpster. Please also note that Free Dump Day will be at a later date, and to focus all efforts on picking up loose trash around town. Let’s spring clean our town and have fun while doing it!
We will have a raffle drawing at the end of Clean-up day. This year the prizes will be gift cards to local Cordova Businesses.
