Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a Mexican tradition, is a day to celebrate, remember, and honor those who have departed. On this day in Mexico, the streets near the cemeteries are filled with decorations of papel picado, flowers, candy calaveras (skeletons and skulls made with sugar), and parades.

Our Dia de Los Muertos Ofrendas exhibit will feature Locals and Prominent people who have passed, with memorabilia, but most importantly their picture to be displayed.
We will also have a celebrity contest where you can vote for a celebrity that passed on in 2021, to be display on the main altar, vote online on the Cordova Day of the Dead on Facebook.
Celebrate the life of loved ones you have lost, by participating in this special event, combining two different cultures with the only purpose of Honoring them in the way they liked to live.
