As always, our meals are Gluten & Dairy-Free, made with hand-selected product from top-tier farmers who carry-out regenerative, ethical, & sustainable practices. Our ingredients are not only organic, but they have never been subjected to herbicides, pesticides, steroids, immunizations, or any other chemical compound. We want you to know where your food comes from & have comfort in knowing that you are eating CLEAN & QUALITY ingredients!
Course 1: Moroccan Grass-Fed Lamb Chili
Course 2: Pan-Seared PWS Halibut Cheeks & Sesame Kelp Salad, Accompanied with Herbal Tea-Infused Rice & Locally Harvested Highbush Cranberry Reduction.
3rd Course: Forest-Raised Pork Chops Smothered with Apples & Onions, Paired with Savory Purple Potato Roses.
