This workshop is delivered in 6 parts covering all sections of the business plan. This workshop will cover the basics of writing a business plan and how it can help you focus your business, obtain financing, and keep your business on track. The first two workshops will cover the financials for a dummy company and the remaining 4 webinars will go over the narrative portion of the business plan. It is relevant for everybody in business, from the person just planning to start, to the seasoned entrepreneur.
