This is the first of many Science Charcuterie Nights. We challenge you to bring your most creative charcuterie board – make it a theme: snacks, desserts, fried foods, sliders, candy, or just the classic meats and cheeses. While enjoying all the amazing charcuterie boards, test your knowledge on latin roots with a series of games and competitions – for example, the root “bio” means life. Come learn, eat, and compete in this fun-filled Science Charcuterie Night starting at 6pm on March 16th.
